Founded in 2019, 'Zen Gelato is the creation of Rebecca Palk, an artisan gelato maker whose passion for frozen desserts was inspired by her travels throughout Europe. Experiencing authentic gelato culture first-hand sparked a deep appreciation for the artistry, creativity, and craftsmanship behind every flavour. What began as a personal passion soon evolved into a dedicated pursuit of creating premium handcrafted gelato using quality ingredients and thoughtful flavour combinations.
Today, Rebecca continues to pour her creativity and passion into every batch, carefully crafting gelato that brings people together and creates memorable experiences.
